What if the honorable MPs of India today decided to ignore their differences and agree to work together for a day to finalize an honorable title for cricketer Ravindra Jadeja after wasting useful working hours over all kinds of issues?
Recently, the all-rounder has been addressed by various titles – Lord, Sir, Superstar, King, Savior, Rajinikanth, etc. which has made it very difficult for the fans and authorities to address him. Ultimately, the Parliament will finalize a single title and resolve the issue once and for all!
It will be a great confusion if such titles are prefixed or suffixed with his name in Aadhar card and issued to him. Hence a solution has to come up. Various royal titles like Rai Bahadur, Nawaab, Maharaj, His Excellency, His Majesty etc. have been abolished by the Indian Constitution. Anyway this will not hinder in finalizing the title. However the situation has gone beyond the royal now. The cricketer is beyond royal now. Jadeja is now counted as divine and the constitution does not bar divine titles like his holiness, param pujya, sri sri, hazrat. Previously, titles like Lord. Sir, etc. Were used to make fun of Jadeja but recently, they are counted as genuine.
Congress has issued an order for all its members to be present in the House to select a suitable title for this famous cricketer. Similarly, BJP also wants to honour this sportstar as he is from Gujrat. Communists are interested on him as he is also a Lefty while Mamata Banerjee really admires his blue shades. Amazingly, Mulayam Singh Yadav accepted this great idea too as he is very much impressed with his game.
The cricketer will be honoured with this title as soon as he sends Australian captain Michael Clare to the pavilion after the final Test match against Australia which is going to occur in Delhi this weekend.
