At last, after the many obstacles and hurdles, It’s decided that IPL 2014 7th season will be played in 3 Nations- India, Bangladesh and UAE. It’s an official announcement from Indian Premier League board by their Twitter Account.The League matches will be started from 16th April, 2014.
Previously, it was said that, IPL 7 will be held in South Africa, due to elections in India. But now, venues are decided.
According to the IPL Tweets,
1. The 2014 Pepsi IPL season will start on Wednesday 16th April 2014 and conclude on Sunday, 1st June 2014.
2. At least 16 matches will be held in the United Arab Emirates, from Wednesday 16th April to Wednesday 30th April.
3. For the period of May1-12, has approached the Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI seeking permission to play matches in India.
4. From 13th May (once polling has concluded in all states), the remaining league matches plus the Playoffs will be played in India.
5. There will be no matches scheduled on the counting day of Friday 16th May. The schedule will go LIVE soon.
