Batsmen with most WC runs

In the year 1975, ICC Cricket World Cup started its journey with England being the first ever country to host the tournament. Initially, the tournament started with a format of 60 overs per side but in the year 1987, it was contained to 50 overs.  Since then Australia won 5 titles, being the most successful team in the World Cup history.
