BCCI show cast Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul

Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul's comments in a popular television show "Coffee with Karan", precipitated outrage on the internet from around the globe. The BCCI has show caused both the players. They have been given 24 hours time for an explanation, said the chairman of the Committee Of Administrators Vinod Rai said. While Hardik apologized for his remark, saying he got "carried away by the nature" of the show, there has been no explanation from KL Rahul. The BCCI might forbid the players to participate in non-cricketing shows. Hardik Pandya's comments were categorised as 'sexist' and the way he boasted about mingling with multiple women also made him listen to the criticisms. Pandya had joined the team before the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne after recovering from a back injury which he had suffered during the Asia Cup in UAE last year. This incident would certainly prove to be cynical for both the players and others as well in the team. The behaviour should be checked as it involves the esteem of the BCCI.
