Charlie first time saw his father Tiger Woods win Bridgestone Invitational event

World No.1 Tiger Woods won eighth Bridgestone Invitational event as well as a 79th PGA Tour triumph on Sunday. However, it was a first chance for his young son Charlie to watch his father win.

It was observed that Woods arrived at the course near lunchtime and walked hand-in-hand with the four-year-old from the players car park to the Firestone clubhouse. Charlie was present when Woods walked off after some hours as a seven-shot winner.

Woods mentioned that his daughter Sam is old enough to understand his profession but it was his first win viewed by Charlie. He remarked that that makes it special for both of them. His son has never seen him win a golf tournament.

He revealed that Sam was there when he won the US Open in '08 and she loves to look at the YouTube videos and look back to Daddy. He added that Charlie never had that, never felt what it feels like to be with the trophy.

Woods admitted that his children always interrogate that when is he going to win the tournament. He expressed that this week was nice to be able to get the lead and he held it. Moreover, it was awfully special for him to have Charlie here to witness it because now he understands it. He added that he understands when he makes a birdie, when he makes par and he surely understands the difference. In fact, it is awfully special to be able to share that kind of moment.

Right now, Woods heads to the PGA Championship-a red hot favorite to finally end a five-year major title drought. The world No. 1 golfer asserted that he won't push his son into the game. He told that Charlie likes playing golfer and he likes going out there and giving it a hit. It is like what his dad did and that's keep it fun. Truly, go out there, no lessons and just have fun. However, Woods stressed that he wouldn't put any pressure on his son.

He admitted that it would be cool but he is not going to be pushing him and if he wants to do it, so be it. In case he wants to go and play another sport then that would be great too. While Charlie is already emulating his father, Woods was quizzed if the youngster might model himself on some of the US tour's younger talents, like the often colorfully attired Rickie Fowler. Woods laughed and disclosed that his kid is not going to wear a flat cap.
