As Cristiano Ronaldo and his team were departing for the forthcoming world cup, Portugal president Marcelo Rebelo De Sousa was also present there to wish them all the success. The friendly matches were well played by the team that calmed the frayed nerves of the authorities.
The international teammates of Ronaldo were finally given an official send-off on 6th June 2018 and Portugal president didn’t miss the chance to bid them goodbye. Ronaldo as captain of the team shook his hands with Sousa and delivered his speech to reveal his take on this.
Portugal will be initiating their battle against Spain on 15th June but Ronaldo is apparently concentrating more on the attacking talents that generate a separate vibe among his fan and followers.
