Lahiri regains PGA tour card

Veteran Indian Golfer,Aniban Lahiri reclaimed PGA tour card. This happened when he tied 5th finish, with a bogey free five-under 66 in the final round of the Albertson Boise Open.

Previously his tied 7th finish at week’s Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Anirban Lahiri has now enough points to earn a PGA tour card out of 25 such events.  Most preferably the Korn Ferry Tour finals

This 32 years former Asian No.1 has 68, 65, 69 and 66 currently and finished 3 shots behind the winner of Albertsons Boise Open, Matthew NeSmith of the United States

"I haven't experienced any kind of high. Right now, I'm more focused on my golf and what I want to do in the time to come. I had a lot of belief in myself that I could get my card back and play well," Lahiri said.

Now to participate in the world premiere circuits, he need to play in the KFT Finals, to fully reclaim his Tour card.
