P V Sindhu beats Tai Tzu Ying in the BWF World Tour Finals

P V Sindhu beat world No.1 Tai Tzu Ying coming from behind. The match was a thriller. After Six successive loses to her nemesis, Sindhu got the better off her opponent. The match lasted over an hour with scores of 14-21,21-16,21-18.Sindhu broke her jinx and Sindhu broke her jinx and erased a 6-11 deficit in the final game to record her first win against the Asian Games champion from 2016 Rio Olympics.Tai looked extravagant with her strokes and technical acumen. Two delightful shots with her racquet head on both sides of the court gave Tai a 11-7 advantage at the first break. The contest grew pulsating as the Chinese Tzu caught the line by a whisker to stay alive and then Sindhu shot one wide to lose another match point. But the Taiwanese went wrong after another superb rally. The group A match was dominated by Sindhu but credit must be given to the Chinese who attempted to relegate Sindhu like she did in the last two years.
