New Zealand posted a respectable total of 153-7 in their 20 overs quota. Colin Munro and Corey Anderson each contributed 44, while Kane Williamson contributing 37 runs to the total. Pakistan reached their target with two balls to spare. Mohammed Hafeez scored 34, Babar Azam scored 40 and Asif Ali made 38 to clinch the series to go 2-0 up in the series. Pakistan won the match by 6 wickets. Earlier in the New Zealand innings, Shaheen Afridi picked up 3 wickets to put a brake on their run rate. During the Pakistan batting, Adam Milne picked up 2 wickets.
